This is a unique opportunity to join the Global Sales Leader Excellence and Enablement team, a globally diverse team committed to supporting Sales Leaders to do the greatest work of their lives!

The Sales Leader Excellence and Enablement Team is fully dedicated to the development and growth of Sales Leaders globally. With teams dedicated to Delivery, Coaching and Programs, we design and deliver end-to-end enablement (training and development) for sales leaders.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is meticulously organised and able to coordinate and track information for multiple projects at a time. This is a dynamic position that requires a high attention to detail, outstanding time management and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with peers and stakeholders alike. Our ideal candidate enjoys working in high-growth environments and is interested in gaining exposure to Enablement and Sales disciplines.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Learn about the Sales Leader Excellence and Enablement programs, initiatives, and resources and partner closely with team members to garner a strong understanding of our mission and path to get there.
  • Assist in project planning across our Sales Leader Enablement delivery teams and the Sales Leader Excellence Coaching Practice
  • Support teams in all Enablement activities, such as logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, enablement registration and feedback.
  • Help drive engagement in enablement initiatives through communications, announcements, and calendar invites.
  • Support team to maintain trainees’ enablement progress and history
  • Provides input and support in developing enablement content and supporting materials
  • Assist with the facilitation of enablement and training delivery, where required
  • Participates in general research and analysis on key Sales Leader Excellence and Enablement initiatives

Required Skills / Experience

  • Completing University degree, graduating 2022
  • Proficient in written and verbal communications in English and Spanish
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks, and work within deadlines
  • Must be well organised with keen attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills to facilitate or support Enablement delivery
  • Comfortable with a high-paced ever changing environment with competing priorities
  • Ready to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team
  • Positive, energetic attitude
  • Eligible to sign University Agreement with University
