Channext is a fast-growing channel SaaS scaleup based in Utrecht, and we’re on a mission to bring the conversation back to the channel. Our platform is trusted by the largest tech companies around the globe such as Dell, Fujitsu & Microsoft. We’re growing rapidly and have recently launched our product in multiple countries in Europe. That’s why we are looking for a full-time customer success intern to hop on board and join our mission, starting the 1st of September. 🚀

About the job

As our customer success intern, you’ll be the face of the company for the users of our platform. Your key responsibilities are to create a great onboarding experience and reply fast to support questions. You will help resellers (the largest group of platform users) with onboarding, and advise them in order to maximize the platform value. The onboarding process is mainly done via phone and video calls, and you’ll be answering support questions through e-mail and live chat. You’re proactive and are always helping users with a smile. Partnering with your colleagues to onboard resellers and answer all of their questions is a no-brainer for you.
